Question - on "Owner Information" Tab
 

Is there a way to lock in the information, as so it could not be changed.

Such as if the phone is lost and found by another person, person could not change information.

Comments, opinions, ???

i would also like that, but changable under a password. so that if anything changes i cn make those changes. any help for us, guys?

A hard reset is always going to erase anything you store yourself in internal memory. Therefore not possible.
