can a rom be made this way?
 

Is it possible that i can setup my tp2 just the way i want it, extract the rom, reflash, and have a hard reset make my phone jsut the way it was when it was fully setup?

I would assume not as the settings and apps are not really done in the rom itself? I still thought I would ask!

i use xda uc after flash and everything loads for you after flash.
