do a search in the tp2 section of this forum "pandora", and you will find other threads about this topic. from what i remember, it kinda works, and its not sized to fit our screen. could be wrong...

The thread below has a nice cab that has worked perfectly for me using latest Mighty 6.5 on VZW. Used the cab "Pandora+VGA+IVAN1+SC.cab" which you can find in the attachments in: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=85786

Some post have people with songs cutting off. I had no such issues. Good luck.

Install these 2 cabs.
Install the Pandora 1.1.10 cab first
THEN install the PandoraVGA with Regs cab

Its working fine on my TP2 running MightyROM.

aye yearn, why install 2 pandora cabs? after i 1st posted i found the new pandoraVGA w/ reg.cab but why are you installing the 1st one. thanks for clarifying

Supposedly the 1.1.10 is a newer version?? I may be wrong tho.
You could prolly check in the about section for Pandora to see what version the one your running is.
I was under the impression that the VGA+REGs cab was just that, A fix, not the actual program.
I havent done alot of checking into it yet tho. I just know the way I posted works well :)

oh ok, hows the layout (i mean buttons) does it look like the ss in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8&postcount=17 cause from what i remember, long ago, that the buttons on the bottom didnt look like that...

or are they all the same?

oh ok thats the same as the ss from the link i posted.

and thats from only the 2 cabs you posted above, correct? oh another thing whats the version # of the 1 you use, is it the 1.1.10? do you get the songs cut off early or anything?

Hmmm??
Well the cab I posted says, 1.1.10 but in the about section it says 1.0.25?
So maybe that 2nd cab does have an older version of the app in it?
But at any rate, ya, it plays well all the way to the end, and it seems to play louder than before, Maybe that is one of the REGs its talking about.
Who knows?? it works well tho. you might try just installing the PandoraVGA+REGs cab and see if it works for ya.
I did check after installing just the 1.1.10 cab and it was definitely still QVGA.

ok, yea i was reading the original poster of the newer cab and the version # was 1.0.25.

i only installed the pandoraVGA+reg.cab and it seems to work. it did cut off the songs early, so i just soft reset and testing now... and YES it played threw the whole song and seems to load faster to the next song. so only the 1 cab is needed and a soft reset after to apply the reg files

yea, im not sure about louder but i havent installed pandora in awhile till now so i have nothing to compare, but it definitly seems loud

well just an FYI, once i installed the pandora plus regs cab, it broke my menu bar in SMS at the bottom of MightyRom LOVE. I text a lot, so i cant have that can i =P but thanks anywaY!

i dont think it matters if u install cab to sd or device
by crappy what u mean? dont have a pre or hero to compare. it seems clear w/ no pause/breaks for me
what did it break? can u explain more or post ss. is his love rom 2.5? 6.5 or 6.5.x?

its a good idea to put it on SD card (as with all .cabs) and install to device from their, that way if something happens to your phone you still have your .cab save on SD card.

it wont let me rate songs. This is a major problem and seems to under mind the entire purpose of Pandora. Is there a fix?

Yes it works great but that doesnt mean that the song rating system works. Which I don't think it does.
And if it is functional it gives zero feedback.

you know what else i found out i use memmaid and cleared memory not one single drop in music when my memory was peaking at 72 percent it would stop and go to the next song now memory at 51 and runs perfect

This is a tad off subject but pandora related. Does anyone know how to get rid of or eliminate the pandora issue of stopping after 30 minutes or so and asking if you still want to continue to listen? This is really the only issue I would like to see a "fix" for . I know it is designed as such but I love to listen to mine as I fall asleep and I just do not fall asleep quickly enough to avoid the stopping and having to hit the continue "button". I would much rather use Pandora for this than streaming shoutcast..Any ideas?

find an app, i use shake n save, then pull up the app, take ss, then just add as attachment to your post. maybe your problem is related to wm 6.5.3 cuz im on 6.5, so maybe the 2 arent playing well together
by rating system you mean thumbs up n down? it does work but i find myself tapping around the area until it catchs it. seems like its hanging lower than screen so tapping at the very edge seems to catch it
