Phone wont boot, caint flash, now what?
 

I guess windows mobile requires that you have some of the htc stuff or else it wont boot. so rebuild the rom and flash right?

here is the problem. ervius visual rom is making an image file that i have to load on the sdcard to flash, but no phone = no sdcard.

How can i make ervius create the multiple files so that I can flash from windows?

Im not really sure what your asking. If your phone wont boot then put it into bootloader and flash a stock rom.

I guess i could just find those files and replace the image file. I would still like to know how to make visual rom complile these files for me.

what I mena is before I compiled a rom, the result was the image and the program to flash it via windows.

with the current kitchen it only makes the images. how can i make it so that the kitchen will make the program to flash as well as the image.
