How do you combine OEMizer file to Kitchen?

I have Ervius Visual bepe's kitchen 1.8.2 from SSK. I also have the stock visual kitchen from VZW.
Im using OEMizer to convert cab to OEM. How do i get the files into the kitchen to create the rom? Or will it automatically merge?
Im trying to Cook a rom off of the stock VZW rom for the first time.

Try this...

It will go right from cab to ext. Read the readme.txt file, but you will probably want to double-click on the cab2newkitchen.bat. Make sure you put your cab files in the kitchen convertor folder. Hope this helps.

Edit: Make sure you don't have any spaces in the cab filename or it won't work.
