How do you unsubscribe sprint navigation.
 

I have sprint tp2 and I was charged 9.99 last month for sprint navigation. I am on the old sero plan so its not a part of my package. I called to have it remove and they said i had to manually remove the subscription from the phone. I have tried it and its not working. These techs seems to be clueless! People on PPCGEEKs has more knowledge that the sprint techs! Any takers on how to remove the service manually from my phone.

i have a friend that's having the same issue. do you do this on telenav.com or sprint.com? (also tried navigation.sprint.com)
