In a nutshell, its a plan that has either been grandfathered and no longer exists, or not an everything plan. Seeing how Sprint is pushing people to buy an everything plan to have a smartphone, people on the old SERO plans ($30-$50 talk/data/text) will have a tough choice to make when it comes to their next upgrade if they want to keep with current phones

Most of Sprint's smartphones require you changing your plan to one of their "everything" plans. The exceptions are Winmo phones, which includes the TP2.

I upgraded to the TP2 2 months ago and my plan was unchanged.

I have a Treo Pro with WM 6.5 already. I have the unlimited data on this plan already. Sprint tells me there is no charge for me to switch over to the TP2 from my current phone and there will be no plan changes either.

So back to my original post. I DO MIND which OS I have on a phone. I need to edit Word and Excel files so I perfer a WM phone over android and webos. My wife has a palm pre which is nice but she can only view these files and not edit them.

I see that alot of people who have responded like the TP2 very much. Any complaints?
