PPCGeeks - Help with start up animation/sound

OK, somehow I've managed to screw up my Verizon Windows start up animations using the JWMD Icon Changer v1.9. I set it to use the "default" startup animations and splashscreen... unfortunately the startup files in the new Verizon 6.5 aren't where Icon Changer thinks they're aught to be (make any sense?).

It's looking for default startup animations in Windows\animated.gif (the animated Verizon splash screen, I think) andsound in Windows\BootUpHTC.wav. I don't have/can't find either file. Can someone enlighten me as to where they're located in Verizon's 6.5, or post these two files in this thread?

It's also looking for Windows\welcomehead96.png, which I know to be renamed welcomehead192.png... so I'm OK there.

Any assistance locating, or posting these files would be greatly appreciated. I'm feeling really stupid right now not being able to find them.
