If you are looking for the fastest ROM ever ever , use calskulin kitchen, and build a WM6.1 you can build an amzaingly fast ROM.
if you are looking for WM 6.5 (turtle) compared to the 6.1
go with juggalo x , he's got the fastest ROM in wm6.5 so far.

I am looking for a 6.5 ROM. Don't want to go backward to a 6.1
