John, which build of 9.7 are you using? Have a cab or a link? I think I'm still running the very original 9.7 release from when it first came out on Opera's site. I did try a 9.7 cab from XDA that supposedly had working zoombar but after installing it it wouldn't run at all....

I'd love a 9.7 with working slider, I have to admit that 9.7 is my overall favorite and seems to have the highest compatibility with the sites I frequent that use a not of javascript for animations and stuff. Not flash, but javascript and frames and stuff.

I'm just going through PPCGeek's and enjoying my new cable modem...on the 22/5 tier, but getting 60/8 right now to local speedtest site...

I use S9 HDs also & I love them (I like them better than my $400 Ultimate Ears), but I have one question:

Do the controls work for you in the HTC music tab??

My forward/back controls (to skip to the next song or restart the current song) do not work at all in the manila 2.5 HTC app but they work fine in WMP.

Is this how they always work?? I don't remember for sure, but I think when I was running manila 2.1 the controls worked in both players but I may be wrong (it has been quite a while since I ran 2.1)
