Cannot Run Unlocker or SIM Unlocker
 

I've tried to run the Sprint unloocker and I also purchased the SIM unlocker, both of which fail. I've tried the upgrade on several different machines and made sure all virus and firewall software was off.

When I run any of the software from Windows Mobile Device Center or from holding down Volume Down + Reset, it just sits there at 0% and eventually times out. I've tried running this by right-clicking and 'running as administrator', although I'm an Admin on this laptop.

I'm pretty farmiliar with HTC phones and the whole process of unloacking and flashing. I used to have a Diamond and a Touch Pro 1 and had no issues. My current SPL is 0.063.0000 and I tried the .096 and the newer one with no success. Any help??
