Is is possible to assign Fn+left/right arrow to the two softkeys?

Despite the vastly improved keyboard of TP2 over my previous XV6700's keyboard, I really miss the two keys on either end of the top row that corresponded to the two soft keys.
It was a really time-saving feature and increased productivity.

Then I noticed that left and right arrows have no assignment in combination with the Fn key.
Is is possible to assign Fn+left/right arrow to the two softkeys with an app and/or registry tweak?
