WiFi issue-Help

I purchased WMwifirouter and it worked great on my laptop and during a meeting (when the IT staff forgot to give Internet access to a vendor for an online demo I started it on my phone and they were able to see my wireless network) until I had a master reset done at a sprint store (for the navigation). I am not sure that had anything to do with it but when I reinstalled it, the program started and ran but my laptop and an iPod touch could not find the wifi. I tried the xda-wifi program as well and nothing. I removed the wmrouter from the network list, reset the TCP/IP stack and my laptop doesn't see it. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the program to both the device and storage card. Help.
