IDEA: HTC TouchFlo Text Message Image similar to Email Image
 

Not sure how to do this or if there is a manila file to do this.

Idea: Similar to how there is that envelope for displaying email, or even the latest version of showing the email message almost like a playing card, could we get something similar but different for the text message tab?

This would just be for eye candy but I guess if it would affect performance really bad might not be great.

Another idea might is you could somehow get the text/sms messages to show up as another mailbox on the mail tab in TouchFlo so you cut down on one tab.

No ideas if possible or any 3rd party apps that enable this in the HTC touchflo?

Nice idea. Also looking for thoughts on how to make it possible to mark email messages as read when "flicking" through them like in SMS.

Would also like to see SMS and Email tabs "flicking" go in the same direction.

SMS ---> flick up to to go back in time, flick down to go forward in time
Email ---> flick down to go back in time, flick up to go forward in time

OK, I am behind the times and only using email for a while now. Finally turned on texting on my work phone (the TP). I can use texting, and really like the threaded feature where you can read the back and forth of the conversation. However, it takes a while to dig through menus to get to SMS. Is there a way to have SMS as one of the little envelopes on the right side of the screen when you click the mail tab on TF3D? I have outlook, hotmail, and verizon.... sms could be the fourth little envelope. I have searched this forum and xda developers, and am either searching on the wrong keywords, or am an idiot that I can't make this work. If SMS is an option on the account picker, why is it not on the side.... Help. This thread is the closest I have seen to my question. I have the stock ROM, but quite a few cabs added to tweak things.... Thanks in advance! Jim
