problem unlocking sprint tp2

hello guys
i have paid and followed the steps for the RhodiumWunlocker
but during step 2 which is the unlocking radio step where it changes the phone screen to a process bar of 0% to 100% it fails
is it because i dont have a sprint sim card in and rogers sim instead? (the phone is not activated)
or what is the problem?

please use simple terms with me as i am new to this!
thank you and hope you guys are able to help me!
sorry if this is a stupid question!

Hey you know sprint is CDMA and if rogers is CDMA too then you need a GSM Sim card to unlock the phone. Also dont download the unlocker to your computer. Good luck.

Re: problem unlocking sprint tp2

gsm is companys that use a sim card.i.e at&t,tmobile. cdma is phones without like telus, sprint, verizon,us cellular.

if rogers is a gsm company you shouldnt be trying to use that radio unlocker as for its for CDMA devices.
