Issue with Messaging Accounts

I have a TP2 and am having issues with the account screen. It used to be when I clicked accounts that it took me to a screen where my accounts were listed including SMS/MMS and my hotmail. Now when I click on accounts it takes me to Outlook. I don't have an outlook account. It never did this before. I think it happened after I unchecked a display toggle in the account screen but I don't remember what the exact name it was and there seems to be no way to get back to the account screen to recheck the toggle. Any ideas?
