Media Player the plays more vid types then WMMP?
 

Hello all

I just found out last night the the Windows Mobile Media Player that comes with my Verizon TouchPro 2 phone only plays like two or three different video types.

And all the little videos I have and wanted to put on the phone are from such a very large variety, it would be brutal to try to convert them all.

I know that there's a billion different codecs and video type varieties out there and I don't expect every player to do every one but the only ones the WMMP does are so limited its not even funny.

So, as far as a player that plays the most variety of types out of the box, can anyone recommend something to me?

You can try Coreplayer. Thats probably the best player around but the only catch is you have to pay for it. TCPMP is another great one whicch id free. its supposedly the free version of coreplayer. i dont have the files on hand but if you search the boards you will find the cabs. Hope this helps!
