Any program i can use tp crop pics for wallpapers?

Is there anything i can use to crop pics that i have saved to my phone. Been having some issues with setting some pics as wallpapers and half the pic being cut off in portrait view. A cab would be appreciated..

Have you tried background 4 all tabs?

SPB Mobile Shell lets you use whatever picture you want as the background. And when you set the background to that picture, it lets you adjust the cropping right there, or not crop at all if you don't want to.
