quick question?
 

im new to flashing so srry if this has been answered. im on us cellular can i flash any cdma rom to my tp2. and ive already unlocked my phone. do i just start then new rom or do i gota do a carrier prevision or something like that to do it?

yes just go to CDMA upgrades and pick a rom.im using mighty rom official release.once you flash your phone then you do the carrier provisioning.

ok now where do i get carrier provisioning at i downloaded energy rom didnt c anything about carrier in it. o and how do i relock my phone.

ty for your help no i havent yet i was worried when i was reading about carrier provisoning. being new i dont wanna ruin my phone.im sitting here debating weather to do it or no.

not running the provision will not ruin your phone it just puts in place some carrier setting to help run certain features such as mms to my knowledge that is what it does.as long as you have unlocked your phone and it still working and use all the roms and relockers for your CDMA you will be fine. happy flashing.

you should always run it.its a simple small .cab it wont hurt you or take time.im running mighty rom it has a carrier provision in "all programs", Energy will have it somewere just run it.

Hunter - read a lot before you do this, especially all the detailed instructions on how to unlock, how to flash, and what can go wrong. Anytime you're overwriting the entire ROM on your phone, there are real elements of risk (including bricking the device). Don't go there if you're not willing to take that risk - or potentially spend time debugging problems.

Having said that, MightyROM is really nice, far superior to stock, and as long as you follow all the steps correctly, it's fairly painless - although a bit time consuming. Just read up first, know when you need to hard reset and "clean storage", what cabs you'll need after etc.

ok got mighty rom impact with sense 2.5 installed. looks good runs nice but its missing the program tab that my stock rom had. anyway to get it back? or is there any other good roms with sense 2.5?
