HELP! freezes on landscape SMS!
 

I have flashed SsS rom and silence rom 10 and mightyrom war-each time "Flashdancing" back to stock. Each of these 3 roms gave me problems with the phone locking up (requiring soft reset) multiple times a day when I flipped the keyboard out to respond to an SMS. What is going on?

don't tap in the reponse field before flipping the keyboard open...when you select the text you want to respond to, flip the keyboard open and THEN tap the screen in the response field...

its a problem with manila 2.5 that i have faced as well. i also found that it takes forever for the messages to load once you get a couple hundred sent and received.... overall 2.5 is much better than it used to be and if you want a stable rom i would recommend going to manila 2.1 rom and my favorite is silence which is the most stable, quickest, and most complete rom out there in my opinion.... ive even noticed though that sometimes the above fix still freezes as well when done right from time to time. my experiences were on the mighty war rom.

Turning off auto sip deploy helps. Dash, I noticed that Silence didn't do that regedit. It helps with the lock up in SMS when you flip open the keyboard.
