I haven't seen that anywhere. Just other manufactors LG and such that are running windowsmobile that have the problem. Which nonwindow phones are you saying have this issue?

so i can back up text messages frm my HTC Touch Pro 2?
i saw a folder Messaging with a lot of files... cant i just back up that folder? and restore after i do a hard reset?

I was told at 830 am central that the problem should have been resolved by now but they anticipate a resolve by Wednesday.

Verizon doesn't have the issue, at least not on the official TP2 OS. It already has that key set, dumped the ROM to verify already.

yeah but i dont want this key i want the actual time it was sent. i am on the line right now and the guy is opening a ticket. so call in and complain about this for verizon. i want 2016 to go away.

told me he is going to let his supervisor know also so maybe this can be a national thing also. im still on the phone lol.
