Weird MMS Problem
 

Looking for some suggestions here. I cant seem to play any video or mp3 mms. If I get a video mms, it just stays on the very first screenshot like its frozen or something. If I get a mp3 mms, it wont play it. I have tried saving it then opening it with Windows Media Player but get this error: The source filter for this file could not be loaded. The weird thing about all this is, I sent myself a 800k .mp3 mms and in return received a 34k mms and the mp3 was in .amr format. Im using a Sprint Touch Pro 2. Im wondering if this is another Y2KX symptom or something else. Everything has been working fine for the past few months up until today. Any suggestions? Tried a hard reset and still the same problem. It cant be the rom as, like I mentioned, everything had been working flawlessly until today. Thanks and looking forward to hearing any ideas you guys have.

I'm no pro, but a quick google search of 'The source filter for this file could not be loaded' landed me here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=365381

looks like a patch to fix that issue, but it seems to be quite old. Not sure if that's appropriate or not, but worth looking into.

Yea I had seen that earlier today too and tried it but the install is unsuccessful.
