Thats funny that you should ask I thought of that so I put a fake event in for tomorrow and no dice lol it doesnt show which i dont understand

Oh geeze what is that and am i going to lose my information although I have it backed up to something called my phone.

A soft reset is when you take off the back of the phone and on one side of the phone there is a little hole, this is a soft reset, no info is lost. What you are talking about is Microsoft my phone. It saves contact's, text's and other data.

I never got a chance to say thank you for all your help I really appreciate it, I am here in teh snow belt in Ohio and we lost power last evening so I couldnt tell you then that the soft reset worked!!!!
