CleanRam

Since I flashed to the latest 3 builds of nrgz roms 21885 dec 17th dec 29th & dec 31st., Clean ram freezes up and requires me to do a soft reset. Ive seen others with this problem as well. Ive even read the post (#667) where he told everyone to make adjustments in the settings. Ive done all of these things and it still does the same thing. Is there another program or cab that cleans similarly to clean ram? I downloaded sktools but i dont know if this will clean as thoroughly as clean ram. I like clean ram and i know it worked before, I think its something thats cooked in the newer leo 6.5 roms that is making the program lock up after a level 2 or level 3 cleanup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cleanram was giving me issues and locked up my TP2 a few times. I got rid of it, and DL'd Memmaid, and have been using that since. It is not free, which is annoying, but I like its functionality. You can quickly run the ReclaimRam feature with just 1 click, and free up a few megs.

I noticed that cleanRam 1.9x was doing weird stuff on my Omnia 2 (for example, turning the dialer screen on, etc). I switched back to cleanRam 1.8 and the problems went away.

I also was having problems with cleanram, but i found a program that im actually much more satisfied with! its called bsb ramsweeper, its simple to use, no settings, just click and it does its thing. it cleans at the level 3 of clean ram but in the time of level 2, hope that made sense. give it a go!

From what i got from the threads of the creator of cleanram, he said to try a few different settings that should work. And if those things didnt work he couldnt do anything for us. I guess to me, that explanation was not sufficient because I know this program just started doing this after some of the newer roms came out. IMO he just didnt want to be bothered. This is no disrespect to him in anyway because I appreciated using this program for the time I had it...it is a cool and useful progam. But, using roms that leak ram the way they do I need something that is going to keep my phone cleaned. I just hope someone can remedy this issue
.

You could try the 1.9.3 clean ram.
