id like to try a rom or something different are they any walk thrus on here have had tp2 with uscc now for a month

+1. Take a look at the stickies at the top of the forum, read about the unlocker and read about the ROM's, and take it from there. And search before posting questions, most questions you're gonna run into have already been asked and answered.

For a first timer I recommend Mighty Mike's ROM's because I think he has the best docs.

After that then you can try what ever or stick with Mighty Mike.

UPDATE your profile with carrier so you are always steered in the right direction.

make sure you ONLY flash, unlock or patch with CDMA Tools, ROMs, Unlockers.

You will brick your phone if you try to use GSM designed widgets.

Hey frog...
I suggest you do alot of reading before you try something like this. You need to make sure you have all your i's crossed and your t's dotted... LOL.
You know what I mean? There are several opportunities for huge mistakes that can cost you a cell phone and gain you a brick. Make sure you know if your phone is cdma or gsm... use the correct unlocker, use the correct ROM... And only YOU know which ROM is riht for you. You can usually determine this by.............. reading. lol.

Don't mess with your stock ROM unless you know what you are doing. If something goes afoul, you will be posting relentlessly on how to reflash the stock ROM back to your phone.
