Justin.tv and skyfire
 

Hi all. I'm trying to watch videos on justin.tv or channelsurfing.net with Skyfire 1.5 and can't get anything to stream. I can navigate to a channel without problem, but just get a black screen or box where the video should display. From what I have read, skyfire is the best browser to use for this, and it "should just work".

Is there something else i need installed?

I just tried for you and had the same avail....no luck...i even clicked popout and it took me to a full black screen with nothing playing....Did you try internet explorer? i've heard that plays some flash.

i test for skyfire and both play fine, wheres skyfire loaded? sometimes those sites do have issues, try again.

Wow my first post.... anyway I've had the same problem... after I upgraded to the newest version of skyfire.... What you need to do is downgrade back to version 1.1.0.13052 and justin.tv and any other site will work just fine. Hope that helps!

thanks for the suggestions all. I'm hesitant to roll back only because i had this same problem on the previous version of Skyfire too.

in any case, still no luck. I'm using EnergyRom Pheonix as well if that makes any difference.

justin.tv and ustream.tv...Skyfire servers really suck.If you disconnect and connect again it should work 1 out of three times....They process flash content correctly unless it very basic and a major site like youtube.
