Roaming with Wmwifirouter
 

Hello, I'm trying to use wmwifirouter to tether my internet while roaming. I have a Touch Pro 2 on Sprint. When I attempt to use wmwifirouter while roaming, it locks up the phone and then requires a hard reset as the phone then becomes unable to connect to the internet. I can use wmwifirouter while on the Sprint network, but not while roaming.

Is it possible to tether while raoming?

Not sure about Sprint but I was able to tether while roaming in Canada on a VZW TP2 using HTC Wifi Router. Maybe you should try it instead of WMWifiRouter.

are you using the final free version v.91 of wmwifirouter, it will FUBAR your connection requiring a hard reset. I did it 4 times , the paid versions however dont do this. i only use htc wifi sharing app now

Yes, the final free version was the cause of the problem leading to the hard reset.
