Help anyone!

I think my phone is broken... It was a spot on the screen under the screen protector... now my touch screen is not working!!!! I have not dropped the phone or anything... has anyone experienced this... Will sprint try to say water damage or something my fault?

what are you saying repost it..

did you say you got water in the touch screen when you put on your screen protector?

if so.. Dry it out completely overnight by using a blow dryer or, put it in rice..

then have it looked at the sprint store..

Your entire touch screen? Anyhow, it shouldn't be water damage- they have indicators on the phone for that. as long as the indicator says no- then you're good. Personally I've had exceptional experience with Sprint reps when I went to the store. If you're located in NY, I recommend the one in the Financial District.

No it's not the whole screen it was a spot in the corner a lil smaller than a dime. The phone touch screen started tripping, so I took off the screen protector... honestly I think I just left the thing on too long... it's been like 3 months. but now the touch screen doesn't function... it's not water though my phone never been wet!

Are you paying for the insurance? If you are then you have nothing to fear. You will get another unit.
If you don't have the insurance then try to dry it out the best you can and you should still be covered by the factory warranty. ;)
