I have been using SPB MS for years since it came out. The best theme I have found so far is MobileSense by naong found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=604146
And for easy switching between TF3D/Sence and MS see this thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=101345
