most believe the hardware isn't there for CDMA versions

Thats the only conclusion that makes sence, seems like false advertising tho.

then again with pandora who needs fm.

According to the FCC Fileing the Bluetooth Chip is the one that includes the FM Radio (there's a post in one of the FAQ's on either XDA or Here that describe all the investigation) Most believe that Verizon and Sprint have had it firmware disabled to promote their music service

thats pretty weird that it would be in the bluetooth chip.. I guess the next question is, who is the manufacturer of the bluetooth chip?
