error code 2114 help

i got this weird problem when i txt paypal to check my balance now i get the error code 2214 message must be sent using valid 10 digit number.

i have no idea how to fix this. theres no problem with facebook though

Make sure your texting the correct # to Paypal..and it could also be a network error. Or your TP...
