Umm, the remote desktop only works for Windows.

However if you have 10.6 then you can use any VNC viewer to remotely control it since the remote desktop on 10.6 uses VNC.

You can try this, http://dotnetvnc.sourceforge.net/

Does require .NET compact framework though.

You can use logmein. It'll work with PC & Mac and is really user friendly and free of course. You won't have to worry about forwarding ports or remembering ip addresses either.
