Cannot access Google Mobile App download page from TP2

This is really strange.

I'm trying to download Google Mobile App at the website suggested by google (m.google.com/search?dc=gma), but the page leads to a generic google search page tailored for mobile phones.
But when I try the same address from my wife's Omnia 2, it leads to a download page for Google Mobile App.

Is TP2 not supported by Google Mobile App?

Is this page about Google Mobile App, not Google Mobile "Map"?
This reminds me of the Verizon's commercial which parodied AT&T's "There is an app for that" into "There is a map for that".
