problem running aplication on htc touch pro2
 

Hello;
I’m looking for some advisor. Recently, I buoyed a software (application) for my windows mobile 6.1 Sprint HTC Pro2. It was a “Fire/Rescue Toolkit for window mobile” from http://www.pocketmobility.com/
I fallow the download instruction. First installed the demo; then, they sent me a code to activate the product and complete the registration. The problem is that I can’t run the registration by writing on the window on my cell phone screen.
I run the demo, I can use it as demo application but I can’t write on any window or space to do it, including the ones for enter the code.
Does anyone can help me to identify what can be the problem?

are you running windows 6.1 or 6.5??

did you try to call ther software provider as you bought this from them they should be able to assist you.

Are you able to see the registration screen? If so, are you saying it simply won't let you tap in the registration box where you enter your code? And this is on a Touch Pro 2 right and not a device with a non-touch screen....just checking ;)

One last thought...did you per chance install the wrong version? Perhaps they offer a smartphone version for non-touch screens and a normal WM version...and you installed the non-touch screen one?

You'll find we are a helpful bunch... However I think you need to give us a little more information in order to give you good direction.
I am assuming you are seeing the registration screen but cannot write it in. Others are assumign other things. Maybe elaborating a bit might help us help you.
