Bounty Calling All Modders

Ok i am looking for a plug in for sense 2.1 that adds programs to main today like sense 2.5 has. I have tried 2.5 for me to unstable but that was a feature i liked. Can it be done? I got 10 bucks u.s for anyone who can do it. I am sure other feel same way.
