1/25/10 is Calkulin ROM still at the top of your list as "CALKULIN'S WM6.1 ROMS AND KITCHENS ARE THE FASTEST SO FAR AND I AM TOTALLY UNSUCCESSFUL FINDING ANYTHING MORE STABLE/FASTER THAN CALKULIN."

yep .if you are looking for WM6.1 .
actually for one of my TP2 , I use my own cooked ROM from Calkulin kitchen.
and It is (of course) Wm6.1

Sweet. I've flashed about 10 ROMs over the weekend and I'm sticking with Calkulin's Touch Pro2 21888 Manila 2.5 ROM (v1.4) 6.5 . . . personally liked that the best so far. Nothing like having everything (even MMS) work right off the bat.

I dont like to think my rom is bear bones lol but I dont like all the crap in there... I like mine to be as close to a stock GSM rom from HTC as possible.

Yep, you need to unlock your phone first. Look for the stickie in the CDMA upgrades thread

Is there a free Unlocker softwares, somewhere I heard that we have to pay for unlocking.

Just installed the new NRG ROM, sms finally worked for me out the box, still no mms. I used to love Nrg ROMs but problem after problem and the same ones with every new release, I have to say I'm more than disappointed.

Back to Calkulin for me.
