unknown icon in taskbar with custom roms.....
 

I recently got a TP2 in the mail to replace my 3rd faulty TP.

They only sent the phone and the battery. There was no charger or SIM card included.

I've tried several custom ROMS and many of them give me an icon next to the "EV" icon, that I don't recognize.

I'm wondering if it's because I don't have a SIM card in the phone.

I'm on Sprint, so I would assume that I wouldnt' need to have a SIM card but I'm not sure. Anyone have a clue?

Looks like the data connection icon didn't change with your custom taskbar.

thats the sim card icon, i have a blank sim card that my tech friend gave me that fixed it, at least he told me this. lol its gone though.

dont take mine, im taking the sorint techs word, hes a buddy, not a phone tech. on energy rom if i take it out the same icon appears, i think its also the tb maybe, my custom tb doesnt do it. op, use the tb im using to see if it goes away or post in rom thread.
