does any one know how to make the i auto-capitalize? it seems like it should be easy. thanks

If you are using the soft-keyboard it should auto capitalize so long as you have XT9 turned on.

Look in the TP1 forum for "enable word correction". You should see a topic about old style word correction which tells you how to turn it back on. HTC disables it by default because of a conflict with T9 input - if I remember correctly.
