HTC TP2 Cradle/Dock charging data kit

So I ordered this on ebay and it doesn't work for my phone. I guess this one will not work for any of the HTC TP2's that have the USB data/charging input off to one side (Sprint and I believe Verizon have this askew input, AT&T for example is centered).

The product itself is awesome...I just can't use it and therefore will be ordering another that works with my phone. The seller offered me an exchange but the expense for return shipping to Hong Kong will make an exchange worthless.

Is there anyone out there interested in purchasing this from me simply for what I paid for it ($20)? I'll ship at my expense anywhere in the US. The benefit to you is that instead of having to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery from Hong Kong....you'll have it in 3 to 5 days.

Nowhere in the listing does it say it's only compatible with GSM phones.

It's seller error, and you can do a chargeback (AMEX is great about this).

Contact your card issuer, and tell them you're willing to ship the item back, provided the seller pays for it. You already paid shipping to you, and since it's his error, he should pay shipping back to him.

Here's how it will end up: he'll refuse to pay for shipping, you'll keep the item, and he won't get paid.

I agree 100%. I'm giving him an honest shot at making this right before the negative feedback and such. I used paypal so I should be ok unless I'm mistaken.

Seller offered to pay return shipping. I'll be sending it back for the correct one.
