the boostfix i tired and it didnt work...for some reason everytime i install that cab. I can not even Edit the server address or anything in the mms options

Using a registry editor goto HKLM/SOFTWARE/Arcsoft/Arcsoft MMS/UA/Config/UI

Find EnableServerEdit and change it to "1"

Now you can edit the server. if not soft reset after you edit the registry, then try editing server.

yea the only problem I have now is I cant chose a picture file to send....it says mms / picture/video ....but only shows videos and not pictures . is that another reg key i got to find?

When i called into boost and activated my phone, it did all the activation its self and i didnt have to change anything, for my mms its using sprintmmsc and i can send and recieve

actually correction, i can receive mms and when i send one it says its sent yet no one ever gets it, i even tried sending one to myself, does this mean its not working? Even though it does show the icon with a check mark and its in the sent folder

This is a cab file I made for my boost TP2 and I've used it on a few different roms without issue. I had found a few differences between my backed up mms reg keys and the ones that were on the phone with cooked roms. Just used it on Mightyrom and Energyrom with cookie, and it works perfectly for me. Also, it's a little newer version of arcsoft than I saw posted previously. You can give it a try and let us know. Remember to unplug the usb cable. I can't recall if it would send to itself, but i think it may. Give it a try and let us know.

hello guys.. so do i need to install this cab? just install it and thats it? or do i need a program to upload this thing to my phone? iam new to this forum. iam iam having the same problem. iam using a sprint TP2 on BOOST and iam able to recive MMS but i cant send MMS. so how can i edit those addresses to change sprintmmmsc or what ever its call to mybooostmobile.com or do i need something special to edit these addresses? just in case today i installled the Energy.RHODCDMA.21908.Sense2.5.Jul.10 on my phone...i already had this problem before intalling this ROM. so i thought that by installing the ROM problably would fix the problem but it didnt.. just in case there is a easy fix that i can do without the cab file.... now if i ever decide to downgrade back to the factory stock ROM do i have to do it the same way that i did thiscostum ROM or do i have to do anything before going back to the factory ROM or any other costum ROM? Please just let me know.. thanks guys.. ill be waiting for your answers....

The cab file I posted two posts up is what I use. Just install it and all should be well. The message size has been increased as well as the necessary reg edits for boost mobile. I just put energyrom on my phone and installed it, and it worked right out of the box. On the stock rom, things just worked as they should. When I installed cooked roms they didn't. For this reason, I compared everything from the stock rom to the cooked rom and made the appropriate changes. The reg edits involved are corrected in this cab. You should be able to install and go. It should work, but you won't know until you try. If you ever go back to the stock rom, It should work anyway. Mine did. Let us know.

Edit: To install this cab, use active sync and click explore to locate your storage card or phone memory. Place it there and then use file explorer to click it and run the installer wherever you put it. Total commander would work as well. Restart the phone when done. Sorry, I missed that part.
