Cool, your grammar is better than mine.

But when you make a blanket statement about 'all' that is ignorant. Because it just isn't true. Not all tech's are clueless.

That's like saying all customer are idiots and think they know everything.

grammar?

And grats on your reputation.

sorry but there are more complaints than praises for techs...do your homework before you start to pontificate like a rambling bastard. It was clearly proven that the tech didn't know what he/she was doing even when using the term "flashed to stock rom" had they come out and said we did a hard reset...well then i would give them some credit...some...not much but some. Instead they opted to come off like a retard with tech jargon like they know what they're doing.

Lol. Pontificate. Grats on your vocabulary and your need to use it. I am not trying to get into a **** swinging contest with you. And I said nothing about that one tech being right or wrong. Actually read what I wrote instead of feeling like you are too (too...lol) smart for that.
I was speaking more to your blanket statement about all techs and their knowledge, or lack of it as you would put it.
If you had said , some or the majority have no idea then that would have been more sensible. And if you have any clue about the world of support or customer service then you would understand it's the people who have issues who speak about them more often then those who have none. So of course you will hear more complaints. So you should do your homework before you start to pontificate like a rambling bastard.

Ok just to clear a few things up...

1. I know what a a-hole smells like. It usually stinks.
2. They may have done a rom flash. I have a perfectly good copy of the TP2 ship rom on my jump drive. Found here (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=91940)
3. Some people who have these phone have clearly overpurchased and dont even know the difference between a hard reset and a rom flash. And I highly doubt the manager even knew what he was talking about when he relayed the message.
4. The only thing I ask is that you dont use universal negatives when you have no possiblilty of knowing every tech ever to work in a store...

If what you say is true, and im not saying that your lying, just that I dont know, why is it not stated that it is a complile of a dumped rom and labled as ship.exe? And why arent you listed as one of the contributers? If I had dumped a rom on day one, I would want some credit for it.

Im not accusing you of anything, Im just saying why cant it be simply stated as such?
