notification manager auto startup

HELP! I tried installing the TOPAZ NOTIFICATION MANAGER to my sprint TP2 with stock ROM. it didnt work right but there is no way to uninstall. SO, I found the orig TP2 stock notification manager.. it loaded BUT the NOTIFICATION MANAGER SERVICE does not start up on its own. I checked memmaid and it is set to auto start but the service was stopped. I restarted the service but on a soft reset the service does NOT start. how to I resolve this?

Don't know if it matters but here is the one that I used on stock rom for awhile.... worked perfectly fine for me.

THANKS!!!!! This gave me the TOPAZ NOTIFICATION MANAGER with the proper buttons (not blank ones) and also auto starts!!!!!! I tried it on two touch pro2 units (sprint) and it works 100%
