Is there a way to get rid of the "send text" soft key during the answer call screen?
 

I didn't think key swop would do it because it is during an actual program. I searched and didn't see anything really related to my question. The key I want gone is the one that comes up in the bottom right that says "send text" when the manilla slide to answer screen is active. It has cancel the call and started to send a text numerous times on me getting it out of my pocket, and that is very aggravating. Truth be told, I never even text hardly. But I really don't like it sending my calls to VM. Anybody have any ideas?

Go to Phone/menu (right soft key)/options
Then select the advanced tab. Clear the reject call with text message box and no more texts.

I don't have an advanced tab? From left to right I have Phone, network, CDMA services, GSM/UTMS services, more. Unless I went about this the wrong way? Thanks.

You're in the correct area. It's in the Advanced tab, just to the right of the More tab.

I wonder if this is different between carriers? I have Sprint.

should be right after More. Try doing it in landscape mode, to make sure it doesnt have to crunch up or hide any tabs that dont fit on the screen.

It must be different for Verizon, cause I don't have anything past the more tab. I tried it both in landscape and normal. I scrolled as far right as I can. Also I'm running the stock rom, I don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks for the help though.
