If I were you I would try to add insurance to your plan.
Parts like that generally aren't sold separately.

if you've had your tp2 for less than a month, you can get insurance on it still and make a claim a month from now. if not, warranty won't cover it and you'll have to pay full price.

i cant add insurance now, its been more then 30 days. Can i claim that its a manufactures defect? like i look it out of my pocket and it was cracked, possibly from pressure? there is not scratches anywhere on it that show it was droped.

Re: broken screen

they won't go for manufacturer's defect, i'm guessing. any physical damage like that is strictly not covered by warranty

nope. you'll have to flash to stock and then use the relocker
warning though, you will have lots of trouble trying to unlock your new one without "donating"

You COULD always swap an old ESN, add insurence, then swap back. And after a month make a claim....

I doubt playing dumb will work. You might get luckey at the repair center if the rep is nice enough, but you broke the screen is the bottom line. I'd take advise from Subzero without even trying to call support and it goes on your record.
