I am new here and slowly learning stuff on my first ever windows smart phone. I have the Touch pro 2 and would like to get the windows 6.5 and also the touch flo titanium on my phone can anyone help me with the programs i need to get this done...

First off this should be in the TP2 forum. And that is exactly where you will find all the info you need on what you want to do. You can choose from many roms, or learn how to do your own, which is what i usually do myself. Before doing any of that you will need to use the hspl unlocker which you will find in tp2 rom upgra:violent2:de forum as a sticky. there are no programs that will do this, if you are on stock rom, that is 6.1, 6.5(.x) is another os build. so you will have to flash to a y.5 rom. all that info is in the tp2 rom upgrade forum. just read the instructions and follow them, its acually very simple, if you read the instructions.
