Looking for a call filter
I’m looking for a program that can filter my calls. I’m not trying block any calls but to have incoming calls from contacts ring or vibrate and all unknown or no caller id’s ring silent. Any suggestions? Thanks

Agreed. This program has been a lifesaver for me. My 10 day trial expired today and I'm definitely buying.

+1 magicall
I love this program - works great and the price wasn't too bad either. I think it was like $25 bucks or something. |

MagiCall FTW |
Re: Looking for a call filter
I use a FREE program call callfirewall from xda forums. Give it a look.

Re: Looking for a call filter
I've tried CallFilter and it was hit/miss with it, same with Callblock. Magicall is superior in virtually every single way. It is highly customizeable and an all around powerful program. Definitely worth the price.
I configured mine to hang up on telemarketers and run xdaShutdown -sleep which puts the device in suspend mode to save on battery life goodness. This feature alone saved me $1700 in saved electricity on my Touch Pro D: ps- if you have problems w/ telemarketing calls and the legal approach doesn't help, I recommend setting your voicemail greeting to 2 minutes of silence. I always get a chuckle when I get a new message saying "hellloww kewin, are u der?? helloooo i can hear youuu.." I'm not in Kevin :( |
Re: Looking for a call filter
any other programs to try? magicall likes to try and pick up hang up while I am on the phone kind of annoying lol and the xda program just sucks
