Fix for iGuidance 2009 TTS

Copy all files from
/Storage Card/iNav iGuidance/ScanSoft/RealSpeakSolo/Speech/Components/*.*
to
/Program Files/iNav/iGuidance/*.*

Use Total Commander and overwrite any conflicts
