Disable display of all day events on Today

Is there a way to disable the display of 'all day events' on the Today screen? With the Facebook connection, I now have all those nagging birthdays clogging my Today screen. For that matter, how about a way to keep them off the calendar altogether?
I'm running the latest MightyRom if that matters.

After installing, on the Today screen, the birthday notifications remained but the All Day & Call History text were not visible. When I touched the screen where the Call History had been, the link was still there.
