Sprint TP2 specific Easecase available.
 

Hey all!

Just wanted you to know that two weeks ago I sent a Sprint TP2 Dummy Phone to Easecase, and he now has Sprint specific cases available for the TP2.

Here is one from his store for reference:

I will be ordering an A1 for my TP2. :D (I did the same thing when I got the Sprint TP, sent him a Dummy Phone, and then ordered an A1 case from him. The quality is outstanding!)

Hmm. 82 different cases for the TP2, but the A1 isn't one of them. Only A1 I saw was for the Diamond2

He does not have an A1 listed for the TP2 yet, but you can custom order one. Just make sure he knows you have the Sprint TP2.

Hard to sell w/o a pic. User won't know what they are ordering. The A1 for the diamond looked like a clutch style case. That is what you're getting?

No, the A1 will look like any other A1 he has listed for other phones, just sized for the Sprint TP2. Basically a square leather box you slide the phone in. He does custom orders, just pick an auction and ask him a question with what you want. He states this in each auction. :)

P.S. Here is an auction for an A1 for the Diamond. It would look the same for the TP2, just larger to fit. I don't see any clutch, but I could be misunderstanding you.

I absolutely killed a couple HTC leather cases from my moguls. I have been looking for some tougher side carry cases and came across some good shots of a bodyglove case. Unfortunately, I found the actual case in a few stores and hoo boy did it look cheap when I was actually holding them. Didn't strike me as durable either.

The hunt for the perfect case for me goes on..

For the record he just got the Sprint Dummy phone on the 30th of November. He will have more cases from it, but you can order custom ones to your liking, you do not have to oder the ones from Ebay. Send him a message in Ebay from one of his auctions and ask what version of case you want.

you didnt have to send him the dummy phony know what TP2 size is you should just write the code EC-HTC-Touch Pro2-A1 and they will cutomize it for you.

I ordered the same one and it looks huge like you are carrying a laptop case in you waste, so I contacted them to make me diff due to oversize case, too much useless space. here is the one I put together in photoshop and sent it to them.

I want to agree with you, but that is not how it happened. I asked him if he could make an A1 for the Sprint TP2, and he said no, because he did not have the phone to make it, and I did just as you typed too.

I sent him a Sprint TP Dummy phone last year to have an A1 case made for me, and I did it again this year. Now he can make one, and several other versions he could not before because he did not have a phone to make the cases from. Every dollar I spent getting the phone and shipping it to him he refunded me immediately. He is very professional.

Yes I could have sent him measurements of course, but he is interested in the Dummy Phones so he can make many different style cases, or so I assume. It works for me and him. :D

i hope to see better cases... how about someone start a groupbuy to knock down the price a bit... seems pricey still

Search all the forums for Easecase, and see what photos pop up. There have to be many good photos out there, look for reviews too. These are very well made leather cases, otherwise I would not go to the trouble of sending a Dummy phone to China! :D

well the only potential problem i see is that the case is only a holster, you still need something to protect the phone. i wonder what size i need to give them if i got a case for my phone also. so i.e. Seidio innocase + easecase.


but i still hope to see a groupbuy, as i can order 2 since i have 2 tp2

I got my custom D1 EaseCase from them a couple of weeks ago. Measured my Sprint TP2 using a digital measuring caliper. The D1 fits my TP2 perfectly. They even lowered the left side so the headphone jack is fully exposed, but the USB port is fully covered (how I requested it).

I can't say enough good things about that particular company. They make a very fine product and have incredible customer service!

The first case they sent had just a couple of issues with it and I sent htem an email, they made me a new one and shipped it out for free.. Fantastic!

CASE ON EBAY

I had a similar one custom made by Forte a while back after seeing one that somebody posted here (it is fantastic quality).

My case is a pebbled two tone brown leather (forte will make it any way you want), embossed with my name & has the belt loop (I much prefer this to a clip) like this one.

I personally prefer the vertical design myself.

Maybe you were refering to my review. This is my daily case now and I love it. I am positive it is the same quality and you can get it cheaper.

Here's my order. Should be here any day now. I mentioned that my order was part of the XDA forums group buy and he sent me the 10% back to my paypal account shortly after my purchase was made. He also messaged me back to confirm which side I wanted lowered for the charging port.
