Shortcut to Today Settings

Can someone tell me where to find the shortcut for the Today Settings screen? I'd like to map it to hard key... thanks

I'm not trying to create a shortcut to the today screen...I'm tryin to create a shortcut to the today settings screen...where you can switch Sense UI on and off, etc...
